Anxiety

Anxiety is chronic and exaggerated worry and tension that can disrupt life. Individuals who suffer from intense levels of anxiety may try to overcome their symptoms on their own. This is often not possible and can lead to depression. Anxiety can be caused by specific situations or can be free floating and more general. It can cause a variety of symptoms some of the most common being fatigue, tension, headaches, irritability, difficulty concentrating, and poor sleep. Different types of anxiety can have other symptoms unique to the disorder.
